We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, please contact us at the email on our Contact page and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process either a full refund to your original payment method or store credit — your choice. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges Want a different size or item? We're happy to help with exchanges within the same 14-day window. Just reach out and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately — no return required.
